Our Mission

Our mission is to bring together like-minded individuals who are looking for a challenge and an opportunity to improve their fitness levels. We believe that competition is not just about winning, but about self-improvement, learning, and having fun. Our competition is open to all levels of fitness, from beginners to seasoned athletes, and provides a supportive and encouraging environment for everyone.

At our Functional Fitness Competition, we offer a wide range of events that will challenge your skills and test your endurance. From weightlifting to high skilled gymnastic movements, our events are designed to push you to your limits and help you discover your true potential. Divisions

Individual

This division is for the competitive athlete with maybe a few holes in their game. If you’re able to complete 95% of your classes workouts Rx then this is the division for you!

Common benchmark workouts such as Elizabeth, Diane, Grace and Mary should be performed Rx.

This division is for intermediate athletes with a standard skillset. 

You are a little more advanced than the beginner, but still the exercises are adapted so that you get through the WOD safely and purposefully. You’ll notice this mainly through less weight on the bar, a lighter KB or medicine ball, or a modification of the gymnastics movement.

You can do about 70% of the Rx movements and kipping should work as well.

* If you start in this division, although your skills are far better, it is possible that you will be disqualified or moved to the higher category!

Team

Team of two (MF)

This division is for the competitive athlete with maybe a few holes in their game. If you’re able to complete 95% of your classes workouts Rx then this is the division for you!
